About ETC
ETC, accredited by the British Council for teaching English as a foreign language in the UK, is a specialist language college, established in 1989.
We are passionate about language learning and we aim to deliver professional teaching in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Choosing to study with us means you can expect great teaching, clear progress and excellent service.

Pathways to University
Choose your path based on your current English level and qualifications. You can follow routes to higher qualifications in ETC or apply for university after successfully completing one of our preparation courses.
Progression Agreements
ETC International College has a progression agreements with Bournemouth University and De Montfort University, which means progression is guaranteed to these universities for students to complete their degree qualification at level 6, upon successful completion of selected courses at ETC.
